St Barnabas, Penny Lane
Who doesn’t know Penny Lane? Although not mentioned in the Beatles song, the church is well known being at the corner of this famous road, opposite ‘the shelter in the middle of a roundabout’. For many years there have been Book of Common Prayer (BCP) Evensong services at St Barnabas and these are much appreciated.
