READERS
Readers take part in services within the three churches of the Team. All Readers have a ‘home’ church at which they have a particular responsibility for worship and ministry.
St Matthew and St James: The parish has 2 Readers.
All Hallows: The parish has 4 Readers.
St Barnabas: The parish has 1 Reader.
Further assistance is provided by a number of retired priests who live in the area.
YOUTH WORKER
The Team employ a full-time Youth Worker, to develop ministry with and amongst young people..
SUNDAY MINISTRY PLANNING
The ministry teams, comprising clergy and Readers and other lay leaders, meet several times a year to discuss our ministry throughout the team worship. St Matthew and St James now has a worship planning group, who meet regularly to review and plan our services.
