TEAM COUNCIL
The Team Council is being established and comprises the ordained ministers, the Churchwardens, the PCC lay-chairs and a member elected by each PCC. Its primary role is to coordinate the work of the churches, and also to manage Team appointments. Other responsibilities are still to be agreed.
TEAM ADMINISTRATION
The Team employs an administrator, who has an office at St Matthew and St James. The office provides support and resources to the Team, including general administration, printing facilities, and is the first point of contact for people wishing to get in touch with the churches and personnel in the Team.
